Executive Housekeeper

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the candidate ensures the overall upkeep of the property, ensures a level of comfort and satisfaction that exceed guest's expectations which is cost effective and operationally viable and ensures the optimal performance of the housekeeping operations and services.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate with a minimum hotel experience of 1 year as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Energetic and physically fit.
  • Meticulous
  • Computer literate and with good administrative skills.
  • Competent in problem solving, counselling and discipline skills.
  • Personable, people-oriented and approachable.

Front Office Agent

Under the guidance and supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Front Office Agent ensures that fast and efficient service is provided to guests with the registration, posting of charges, cashiering procedures, checkout, mail and message services, prompt answering of telephone calls, guests' inquiries and other guests' requirements.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate preferably HSHRA or BS Tourism.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience if not a graduate of BS HRA/Tourism.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Energetic and physically fit.
  • Personable, people-oriented and approachable.
  • Team player.

Sales Executive

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the candidate formulates and implements Key Tactical Actions related to her/his market areas.  Responsible for soliciting business both for rooms and function rooms in his/her areas of assignment and meeting revenue and room night budget assiged.  Shares sales leads, competitor reports and industry/market trends to the sales team.

On the Job Trainees

The hotel also accepts Student Trainess or OJTs who are in need of undergoing the required number of hours for their internship.  Student must be 18 years old at the time of aplication.
