Front Office Agent

Under the guidance and supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Front Office Agent ensures that fast and efficient service is provided to guests with the registration, posting of charges, cashiering procedures, checkout, mail and message services, prompt answering of telephone calls, guests' inquiries and other guests' requirements.

  • College graduate preferably HSHRA or BS Tourism.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience if not a graduate of BS HRA/Tourism.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Energetic and physically fit.
  • Personable, people-oriented and approachable.
  • Team player.
  • Honest

Duty Manager

Responsible for the smooth and efficient handling of the hotel operations including the supervision of the Front Office Agents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Checks previous day's occupancy and expected occupancy and room availability status for the day at start of shift.
  • Reviews the arrivals and check outs for the day.
  • Assists the Front Office Agents at the desk whenever there is a need.
  • Closely monitors the due out guests particularly during high occupancy period.
  • Checks the manager's and petty cash pouches, as well as, paid out forms before handing to the next shift Duty Manager.
  • Audits the Front Office Agent's Cashier's Remittance Envelopes and Journal Posting transactions during his/her shift.
  • Properly witnesses the dropping off of the Front Office Agent's remittances in the shift drop and acknowledges this procedure by countersigning the shift end report logbook.
  • Handles all work delegated by the Asst Front Office Manager.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • With previous supervisor or managerial experience in the hotel industry, preferably with Front Office
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Computer literate
  • Physically fit, energetic, honest, team player
  • Pays attention to details, can handle stress
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Is able to work long hours and in shifts

Sales Executive

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the candidate formulates and implements Key Tactical Actions related to the market areas.  Responsible for soliciting business both for rooms and function rooms in their areas of assignment and meeting revenue and room night budget assigned.  Shares sales leads, competitor reports and industry / market trends to the sales team.

Admin Asst

Assists the Hotel Manager in the day to day operations in the hotel.  In charge of the Business Center and other administrative works to be given by the HR Officer.

  • College graduate with a minimum hotel experience of 1 year.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and have a passion for innovation.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Responsive to change with speed and accuracy.

On the Job Trainees

The hotel also accepts Student Trainess or OJTs who are in need of undergoing the required number of hours for their internship.  Student must be 18 years old at the time of aplication.
