Terms and Conditions

  • Room rates are per room per night for single or double occupancy.
  • Extra person charge is US$ 30++.
  • A maximum of 2 children below 12yrs. old using existing beds are free of charge.
  • Check-in time: 2:00pm. Check-out time: 12:00nn. Request for late checkout is subject to room availability.
  • Guarantee Policy: A deposit equivalent to one room night charge for each room reserved is required to guarantee room reservation at least 1 week prior to scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellation Policy: Changes to any reservations should be advised in writing through e-mail us at reservations@oxfordsuitesmakati.com or fax to 632.899.6891, 632.895.4805, 632.897.7900.
  • Rates are subject to a government tax and service charge.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Manila-Boracay Adventure Package

  • Rates are valid on twin sharing basis.
  • Deluxe room accommodation.
  • Maximum of two (2) children below 12 years of age using existing bed are free of charge.
  • Check-in time: 2pm, Check-out time: 12nn.
  • Subject to government tax and service charge.
  • Valid until 31 March 2009
